Creative Writing Activity - I.B.F.Fs: The Sea

Take five deep, slow breaths, feeling your belly rise and fall. Then try to imagine Sophie, Zura, Fang and Luna swimming in the ocean, feeling free and at one with nature. Once you've done that, write down an ocean adventure starring your characters.

Take it further by playing in an ocean sensory tub!
